Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Institutional orders placed with a purchase order are dispatched within 1–2 business days of PO confirmation and invoice approval.
Bulk orders (5+ copies) follow the same dispatch timeline of 1–2 business days. Large orders (100+ copies) may require 1–2 additional business days for packing and freight coordination.
