What is the difference between ISBN-10 and ISBN-13? +
ISBN-10 is the older 10-digit format. ISBN-13 is the current 13-digit format and usually starts with 978 or 979. When you order, use the ISBN-13 where you can.
Why does the edition matter when I order in bulk? +
Editions can differ in content, chapter order and page numbers. If a class receives a different edition from the one the instructor teaches from, students can end up working from mismatched material. Always match the ISBN to the edition specified.
Where do I find the ISBN of a textbook? +
Look above the barcode on the back cover or on the copyright page inside the book. It is also normally listed on the course syllabus or the adoption list from your department.
Can I order different titles in one order? +
Yes. Add each title with its own quantity. Quantity tiers are shown on each title page, so check the quantity for each ISBN.
What if I cannot find a title? +
Search again using the ISBN-13 or the exact title and edition. If you still cannot find it, use the bulk quote option and tell us the ISBN and the quantity.
